HONOR EXHIBITORS

Can’t exhibit at the show?

Sign-up to be an Honor Exhibitor for ONLY $250.

Honor Exhibitors: Non-displaying firms who support EXPO and desire the recognition and EXPOsure obtained from affiliation with the show.

EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN

TUESDAY, MARCH 25, 2025
8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Exhibitors must move in on Tuesday. Select Heavy Equipment Exhibits will be notified of a mandatory Monday move-in.

THURS., MARCH 27, 2025
NOON - 6:00 PM
No Move-Out will be permitted prior to Noon on Thursday, March 27.
If you cannot remove all booth items by 6:00 PM, please contact EXPO to make arrangments.

SHIPPING ITEMS

Ship your booth items directly to the facility. Storage fees will be waived for any items received weighing under 100 lbs.
Ship your items to the facility using the EXPO Drayage Form. The facility is responsible for receiving, unloading, warehousing, delivering shipments to booths, storing empty crates, and processing exhibitors’ shipments. The EXHIBITOR is responsible for packaging, securing the label, and scheduling pick up.

EXHIBITOR BADGES

Name badges are REQUIRED for admission for all attendees and exhibitors.
There is no limit to the number of people you can register. As a reminder, admission is FREE. Invite your clients, customers, and associates and encourage them to attend EXPO.
