Build Your EXPO Exhibit: Select your booth package and quantity, choose any additional services needed for your exhibit, then review your selections and complete checkout.
STEP 1 - Select Your Booth Quantity
Exhibitor Booth Package (10’x10′)
Starting From: $650.00
Booths are sold in 10′ x 10′ increments.
Each 10′ x 10′ booth includes:
- Exhibit space
- One covered and skirted 6′ or 8′ table
- Two chairs
- One wastebasket
- Standard 110V electrical service
Booth Rates
- $800 per booth for 1 to 5 booths
- $700 per booth for 6 or more booths
- $50 PER BOOTH Early Payment Discount will apply to purchases made by January 15.
Additional Exhibitor Services
Beginning in December, exhibitors will receive access to the Horizon EXPO Solutions Exhibitor Portal, where they can customize their booth and order additional services.
Through the portal, exhibitors may:
- Request additional standard tables and chairs at no additional charge until January 15, 2027
- Purchase carpet and upgraded furnishings, including high-top tables, bar-height chairs and other furniture
- Order additional booth accessories and services
- Arrange shipping and material handling for items being sent to the show
Horizon EXPO Solutions will email each exhibitor in December with login information and instructions for accessing the Exhibitor Portal.
Select the number of booths needed and choose your included table size in Step 2.
Final booth price will display in your cart.
Outdoor Exhibit Space
$350.00
Showcase vehicles, equipment and large displays in a high-visibility location outside the facility’s main entrance. Outdoor exhibit space is sold in 10′ x 10′ increments at half the cost of indoor booth space and is ideal for vehicles, heavy equipment and other static displays.
Outdoor exhibit spaces are unmanned and do not include tables, chairs, electrical service or other booth furnishings.
