** Note – Ed Light would like to present this once each day
Information on indoor air quality (IAQ) is often confusing and, at times, contradictory. Construction professionals want to understand what truly makes a building safe, while occupants are concerned about how indoor conditions may impact their health.
This session will explore practical, science-based solutions to common IAQ challenges. Drawing on decades of experience, Mr. Light—founder of West Virginia’s pioneering Health Department IAQ program in the 1980s and an internationally recognized expert—will address widespread misinformation that has led to ineffective and unnecessarily expensive approaches to mold and airborne chemical issues. The presentation will conclude with an interactive Q&A, allowing attendees to discuss IAQ concerns specific to their facilities.
