Become An Exhibitor

From visibility to credibility, exhibiting at EXPO has many benefits for your business. Establishing a presence, whether big or small, for your company at EXPO gives you a powerful platform for meeting new customers, reaching out to your existing clientele, and building a more established and reliable brand. Give your team an extraordinary level of access to important prospects and expand your own professional network. Booths are in 10’ x 10’ increments at the following rates:

  • $800 per booth for 1 to 5 booths
  • $700 per booth for 6 or more booths
  • $50 PER BOOTH Early Payment Discount will apply to contracts that are received by January 15.

Honor Exhibitors

What is an Honor Exhibitor? Honor Exhibitors are non-displaying firms who support EXPO and desire the recognition and EXPOsure obtained from affiliation with the show. The cost of being an Honor Exhibitor is $250. Benefits of being an Honor Exhibitor for EXPO include:

  • Your firm’s name will be prominently displayed at the show.
  • Your firm’s name and complete contact information will be listed in the show program professional directory.
  • Your firm’s name and contact information will be displayed on this website.
  • Your firm’s logo will be included with your show program listing.

2024 Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor Move-In: Tuesday, March 19, 2024 – 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Exhibitors must move in on Tuesday. (Select Heavy Equipment Exhibits will be notified of a mandatory Monday move-in.)

The Trade Show Hours

Wednesday, March 20, 2024 – 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Thursday, March 21, 2024 – 8:00 a.m. until Noon

Exhibitor Move-Out: Thursday, March 21, 2024 – Noon until 8:00 p.m.
No Move-Out will be permitted prior to Noon on Thursday, March 21. We will stay as late as necessary to accommodate your needs. All displays must be completely removed from the convention center by 9:00 a.m., Friday, March 22.

Exhibitor Badges

Please visit the Attendee Registration page (available February) and print your name badge there! It will be sent to you in a reply email. Please feel free to register as many of your employees as you want. You are not limited to the number of people you register.
